1. Acceptance
By using Room to Bloom (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Room to Bloom offers a free 7-day email self-care challenge (“Sowing the Seeds”) and, from time to time, paid workshops and courses aimed at midlife women.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & refunds
Paid workshops and courses are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. Our refund policy will be published alongside each paid product; please review it before purchasing.
5. Not medical or therapeutic advice
Room to Bloom is a self-care and educational service. Nothing on this site or in any email, workshop, or course constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and nothing here creates a therapist-client relationship. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123.
6. Intellectual property
All content on Room to Bloom — text, audio, images, workbooks — is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute or resell it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, disrupting it, or using it for anything unlawful.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UK law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
