1. Who we are

Room to Bloom (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a small UK-based digital self-care service run by Jane, a UK-registered psychotherapist. You can contact us at hello@roomtobloom.co.uk.

2. What we collect

  • Your name and email address, when you join the challenge or create an account.
  • Your self-care quiz result, if you complete the quiz.
  • Basic usage data (pages viewed, referring source) via cookies and marketing pixels, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
  • Payment information, if and when you purchase a paid workshop or course. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

3. Why we use it

  • To deliver the free 7-day “Sowing the Seeds” email challenge you signed up for.
  • To provide access to any paid workshop or course you purchase.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and improve the site.
  • To respond to your enquiries.

Our lawful bases are your consent (for marketing emails and analytics) and the performance of a contract (for paid content).

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors:

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland — advertising and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel).
  • Stripe — payment processing (for paid products, when live).
  • Twilio SendGrid — email delivery (when live).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors reach and use the site, and to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the challenge or products you signed up for. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@roomtobloom.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
